Philippe and Martina Capel, a French-German couple, founded the agency Phima Voyages in 2015 in Chachapoyas, northern Peru, with the mission of involving local residents in the development of tourism in their regions.
After living there for several years, Martina and Philippe now travel back and forth between France and Peru, managing marketing and development online.
